A12b opamp

I've heard that opamps can occasionally fail and need to be replaced.
What are the chances of the opamp failing in the A12b?

If it is a possibility, how could the opamp be replaced
as its integrated into the board?

The board can be repaired just like any other discrete circuit. We expect long term reliability to be somewhat better because of improved heat dissipation.
