noise while using gain switch

I've done 2 J99. They work like a charm and the sound is impressive, except for a "tac" I can hear on every gain change of position

The "tac" increases every gain step

This is happening on both j99 I made... Maybe a ground problem?

Did you complete the input bias current adjustment and install the jumpers correctly?
