PS03 DEAD TOO!

I've been using this chassis and PS03 for about 3 years now. A few months ago I added 4 new pres and it was working great. Then, yesterday during a session after it was on for a few hours, nothing. No light, no led. The only thing that I can think of is that it was in a rack with no space for air movement. I didn't realize that it was quite hot. Would that kill a voltage regulator or something else?

Does it start up once it's cool?

Have you checked the fuse (at the back of the supply, behind the AC power connector)?

There's continuity on the fuse. No power after cooling down either. No power attached to a module or not, however when unattached the bulb pulsates a bit and is rather dim.
