T15 NOISES, MODULATING SQUEAL, AND STATIC AFTER GAIN STAGE 6

Ok, So I finished my T15 and it seemed to work fine, except for a little hum (which I found out was actually being cause by my mics psu). So I took it out to reflow the solder points and ensure there were no shorts. I test it again and now there is this modulating frequency squeal that happens at gain stage 6, its pretty low. here is an mp3 of the squeal, and then clicking though the gain stages after: http://www.imeem.com/people/UUXwcR/musi ... oise_2mp3/

What voltages do you measure at pins 1 and 7 of U2?
