Can't adjust voltages

Have my 2nd C84 (Revision 1.9) put together and am attempting to adjust voltages at U1 pin 4 & pin 8 and U3 pin 1 and pin 8. For some reason turning R64 or R68 does nothing to adjust the voltages.

At both U1 and U3 pin 4 reads -28.09 and pin 8 reads 27.86

Any suggestions on step by step process by which to determine how it is I may have screwed the pooch on this one?

Found out what I had done.

I've swapped U6 for U5. Need to do some desoldering, FUN!
