T-15 C12 and C13

Hi all,

I need a reassurance for C12 and C13. There is no marking on the pcb which is + and which is - . It is a Radial Electrolytic so it should be polorized no? I kinda think I know,
The negative ties into the side of the diode, right?

C12 and C13 are non-polarized. Install them either way round.
