adding loop-thru jacks to the D11

Postby subspace » Wed Dec 24, 2008 5:56 am

I realize I can jumper J1 and J2 together to use the second jack as a loop-thru to an amp, but I'd like to retain use of both channels as independent DIs. Would adding TS jacks to the next set of holes in the CH01 wired in parallel to the D11 jacks affect it's performance in any way? Would the input impedence switch still be at the same value with an amp connected to the loop-thru?
I'm looking for a pair of super clean DIs to capture bass and guitar for later reamping and thinking these combined with T15s would fit the bill.
Thanks!

Should work fine, but we haven't tried it.

No, the total load on the instrument will be the amp and DI in parallel.
