Audio Test

Completed all five pre-amps a few weeks ago and finished testing them with a spectacular John Reuter custom mini-Jumbo acoustic guitar and with my old but trusty 9 piece Slingerland drum kit.

I must say I was more than impressed with the pres. The J99s are superb on guitar and drum overheads. The A12s are great on each tom. The N72 sounded slightly better than my GR MP2-NV on bass drum.

Was surprised to find the T15 my favorite on snare drum (top). That's what happens when you test each component and open yourself to what you hear.

Thanks for such great products. Had a great time building each unit - hadn't worked on electronic gear since the late 80's. The pre amps have exceeded my expectations. Thanks
