The title pretty much says it all. I built two of these and one has considerably lower output and a muffled tone (I've built two A12's two N72's and two B12's with out issue so my pride is a little hurt). Any ideas?

A capacitor that is parallel to (not inline with) the signal could be too low of a value and acting like a low-pass filter. Check your capacitor values against the BOM. (Other than that, I have no idea.)
