N72, A12 noise, dead pilot light

Bingo, you nailed it. The jumper between PGND and AGND on the last molex reduced the hum significantly, to the point that it's now a non-issue. I'm not sure if the jumper at R16 of the PS03 made any difference, so I'm assuming that leaving it there is okay.
