shipping to Canada

Hi,
i was wondering if anyone here had ordered kits from Canada and what you experience was.....im particularly wondering about using one of the post services mentioned in the FAQ and not using UPS. If any changes have been made to the USPS policy, ie not using it, please moderator let me know. USPS would be my first choice.
