No stop pin for rotary switch

Postby dcboucher » Sun Jan 02, 2005 8:02 pm

Is this correct for the A12? There was no stop pin on the gain switch and none included with the kit so the switch keeps goin' 'round. I am OK with this but I was wondering if the stuff was just missing (pin and foil).

The A12 was dead easy. The instructions seemed to leave out a few helpful hints that I remember from the N72 assembly (eg. tapping the XLR connectors with a proper tap).

The one recommendation I'd have for all the assembly pages are to include the same set of numerical page links at the top and bottom of each page. It would just flow better.

FWIW you can also use a piece of snipped resistor lead and a piece of scotch tape. Since the module comes in contact with the face plate the pin is not likely to come out.

What Shane said. If you need the real thing, send me an e-mail and I'll get one out to you. Sorry for the screwup, but thanks for the feedback.
