is it easy to add more preamps in the chassis?

I'm thinking of getting 2 n72 fully assembled for starter and add more as I go.
how involved is the mounting of xtra n72 in the chassis
Any soldering?

You can see photos of the installation procedure in the CH01 assembly instructions. To install additional modules you'll need to disassemble the unit as far as removing the front panel. After securing the new modules, you'll need to extend the power harness. This doesn't have to involve soldering if you have the proper crimp tool, but it's not a bad idea. If you're completely uncomfortable with doing a little wiring inside the chassis, you can always send it back to us.
