Voltages at R15, R32

Hi,
Using 220v of electric supply, I get values of +24,8 and -27,4v at R15 and R32. I´ve seen no shortcuts all over the circuit.
Could this be right?

Moreover, what are the resistance values at J7 pin 1, pin2 and 3?

Values are 24,8(R15 top) and -26 (R32 end) and 27,4 (R15 buttom) and -27,8 (R32 end).
In J7 resistance between pins 1 and 2 is OC and so between pin 2 and 3
