Rev. 3.3 assembly instructions - Found the info !

I have more or less finished assembling two J99´s rev. 3.3 I bought last year. I am using the John Hardy C990 opamps.

Regrettably I did not download the assembly instructions when I received the kits. I downloaded the current instructions. There are a few differences in the layout. I can not sort out the Initial power up and testing page. I can not find any mention of J6 and J8 in the instructions.

I need to know how the jumpers are to be oriented, both for operation and trim setting. Following the instructions I can not adjust the voltages correctly.

I would appreciate any help.

Looks like it has guidance on how to use those jumpers to test/adjust the J99.
