Is it a problem that R63 and R67 never "softly clicked&

I kept turning, but they never started to softly click. Is this an issue?

Also, Tim, neither of my C84 kits came with knobs. Could I get you to send me some? Thanks!

as far as i know, just turn it 25 time and it will do the same, as i had that problem with one of the preamp, and now it is working fine.

just assume that after 25 rotation, you will be at the lowest setting, the soft click is just there to confirm you that.

That's what I figured, but I foolishly kept turning, waiting for the clicking. What would be the best move in this situation? Measure for the 14V with the unit running? If so, across what contacts?

just turn that 25 times, and do as said on instruction in order to caliber your preamp, and it will be fine.
