Jfets still smoking.....

Hi guys on my first attempt to power this board i get to smoke a jfet MJE-182 so i changed it.
tried again today but it gets hot again so i power off before burning it but still got the leds to light ...
what might be wrong???
i'm gonna swap the BC550 and 560 maybe those are failing????

any coments Ryan?? please

Have you made absolutely sure that all the transistors and resistors are in the right place? Do you have a meter with a diode test feature? If so, use it to test the transistors for shorts. If you don't know how, see a few of these links: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=tr ... gle+Search Don't replace parts at random, make some measurements to try to understand what's happening first.
