cap question

Im having a hard time orienting the tantalim caps on C4 and C5mine dont have a lot of plus signs like the instructions say just a solid line ,also im kind of confused on the shorting of j3 and j4 if someone could help it would be much appreciated thank you

The line to the side of the writing denotes the plus leg of the cap.
