I just got my kit yesterday and I'm starting to assemble the chassis. It came with the PSU already installed. So the shielding and tapping of screwholes, etc. is already done? All I have to do is solder the ground wire, the switch and the indicator light?

Pretty much. You might want to remove the shield and make sure the power supply mounting screws are secure. You can't get at the bottom ones with the shield installed.
