PS03KA +48 LED won't stay lit

The LED for +48 on my PS03KA does not stay lit after powering. It will blink once when powering up and once when powering off.
When measuring across pin 1 & pin 2 (or 1 & 3) in a module, it measures 57.3V.
There are 4 A12's and 4 J99's in the chassis.
The PS has been removed to visually inspect. I can test components you tell me to take a look at.
The PS has been in use from late 2006.
I'm down 8 mic pres until I can get the PS issue fixed.
If it's faster just to get the newer chassis and PS, please let me know.
Any help to get up and running again would be appreciated!
