PS03 power supply -30v led oout

Hi,

Noticed the gain cutting in less than half. Opening up the unit I noticed the -30volt led when powered up comes on for a sec then shuts off.
I bought two N72 and power supply 3-4 maybe 5 years back. Dont remember, so I dont have any of the docs I was sent when purchased the modules.

Any ideas where to start probing?

Disconnect the harness at the PS03 and power up with no load. What happens?

Same thing. -30 light flashes and goes out and stays out.

I ordered a new Power supply but I want to fix this one. The -30volt regulator? I havent stuck a meter on it yet.
