Pulsing LED's after connecting all 8 N72's

All modules seem to be correct with setup instructions.

I added one at a time powered up and then powered down. Each time the LEDs lit fine. I tried in a few orders to make sure it wasnt the "last" module or connector that was bad. The LED's light normal with any 7 but never fully light when i add the last module.

We haven't seen that symptom in years, and never with the latest revision of N72 and PS03. Are you sure you have the 3K9 resistors installed on all the N72s? Did you adjust all modules for 3.75V across R40?

All voltages are set to 3.8V across R40. All 3k9's are in and working.
