CH01 dimensions: Is this a 2U module? 19" wide?

These dimensions don't make sense to me.
Is it 2U high (3.5") or 1U high (1.75")? It can't be 3" deep, and it can't be 3" wide....I confoozed.
Is it 7.94" deep?
The front plate is 19" wide, yes?
I'm going to build a 19" rack cabinet and I need to know how this will fit in.
