Chassis Lamp fade out..

Well, i finished assembling my PS03 and i tried turning it on with no modules attached. everything is on (big led, +30 led , -30 led and +48 led) but when i turn it off the big led takes a while (20 secs circa) to fade out.
is it normal?

Yep, it just takes awhile for the big power supply caps to discharge when there's essentially nothing there to discharge through (other than the big LED.) Throw eight modules in there and the light will go off a lot quicker.
