ch02 power ground

Can anyone tell me where you connect the power ground to the new ch02 chassis? It looks like you attach it to a divider panel screw on the ch01, but on the ch02 it doesn't look like there is enough room between the screw and the divider panel to fit a nut on the screw. And if it does go there it looks like I might have to take out the power supply to get to it or is there an easier way? Thanks for your suggestions.
