Power Switch / Power LED

Hi!

Just working on my new kits here, and I had a question about some power supply/chassis assembly. I noticed that there are some pieces of wire, and a few extra parts with my power supply. I also noticed that the power switch and power LED are not installed. However, I don't seem to have any instructions as to what to do/how to install these parts.

Any help would be appreciated.
