PS03: No -30 Happy Light LED

Hey Guys,

I just had the same thing happen, no -30V LED, but it is outputing -30V. I tried some different things and found that when I plugged in the front lamp, the -30V came on. Strange, but it worked. Thought I'd just pass this on to you guys and Tim so you know what might work.
