i just finished the PS01 rev. 1.0. well i guess im not done yet. at J5, i am getting 48volts where i should have 48volts BUT, i am also getting 48volts where i should have 24volts. ive studied the schematic and everything seems in order but i have limited experience troubleshooting this stuff. does anyone have an idea of where i should start, or any idea of maybe a bad component? its probably something simple that im missing. HELP! THANKS!!!

Check for shorts between the regulator tabs. They should be insulated from each other, and from the heatsink. If you don't mount the insulating shoulder washers correctly, or torque the screw too tightly, you may create a short between the 317T and 317HVT.
