Rev 2.1 and BOM discrepancies

I'm building a rev 2.1 kit, but it was supplied with a rev 2.0 BOM .
I figured out the resistors that where not as described, but I cannot figure out C42, C43, C44 and C45 as they are on the printed circuit board but there is no mention of them or their values in the assembly instructions or the BOM supplied.
Another is the placement of the header and jumpers which in the assembly is said to go in position J1 and J2 which do not exist in the printed circuit board.
Anyone else found these problems and have a solution?
