I'm getting readings around 60-64mV when measuring between L3 and L4 where the manual indicates. Any ideas of something that might be wrong?

Hmm, it seems that U1 is significantly hotter than U2 and U3 on both modules (U2 and U3 I could touch comfortably while U1 I could not), and also the voltage between L3 and L4 seemed different this time, closer to 65-70mV.

If everything else measures good, I wouldn't worry about it.

Modules sound excellent! Apparently though phantom is always on for one of them. Hmmmm time to check into that.
Also I get a little hiss when the gain is cranked wide open with nothing plugged into the input. It isn't too bad, especially considering with the gain less than half I have more enough signal for acoustic guitar and to hear the birds outside. I suppose that's a normal amount of hiss?
I'm excited to take these puppies to the studio.
Thanks,
Russell

Ok, got it fixed. Re-flowed the joints in the phantom circuit and added just a little more solder to the switch. I'm guessing that since the 48V was getting to the mic it was just something in the switch not seated right and therefore not switching off.
Everything works and sounds great now, and I don't feel like a noob anymore
