36-Adjust R64 & R68 +-18V, set R8 and R9 [b]BELOW[/b] 13

When I adjust R64 and R68 to +18 - 18V, R9 and R8 are about 12,2V. I must set both R6X's to +19V - 19V to reach 12,9V on R8 and R9.
Is that ok??

Sounds like it's working fine, as long as you're also getting close to 0V at the junction of R29 and R30.

same issue.
11.8 volts at R8 + 9
less than 5 mV at R29 + 30.
totally copacetic?
