Final assembly test voltage observations

The final test voltages for my C84 aren't quite the same as described in the assembly instructions. This is for a C84 revision 1.9.1. The power supply rails were adjusted to +/- 18.00V
For step 38, the common mode voltage at the junction of R8 and R9 is 11.7V. Is this OK? I have verified the resistors are correct per a suggestion in a different post.
In step 39, I'm measuring < 1.0mv, but the voltage reading is not steady and varies by a few tenths of a mv for every DMM display update. I assume this low value is actually good, but wondered about the unsteady reading.
I made a quick test recording with an acoustic guitar using this C84, and it sounded really nice. It was very natural and detailed. Perhaps the test voltage observations shouldn't be a concern.
Regards,
