A couple errata and ambiguities in my first build of the C84, rev 1.9:
1) As mentioned in the forum, R32 is mislabeled on the board as a 2M2 resistor; it is actually 100K.
2) Step 13 in the instructions. C21 in this step should actually be C22. C23 and C30 in this step are bipolar caps; it doesn't matter which way they are installed.
3) Step 20. C5 and C6 are non-polarized caps; it doesn't matter which way they are installed.
I used the advice of taping the bill of material over a piece of styrofoam, then measuring the resistors and poking them into the styrofoam next to their numbers. This took 20 minutes up front, but made the build a snap since I didn't have to double-check the resistors.
The only oddity in my build is that the voltage at step 28 is 12.25 volts (vice 13-14 volts as specified in the instructions). I haven't had a chance to do critical listening yet, but everything seems to work fine.
Now I'm ready to build another one!
