loud clicks when turning up gain

this is my third post and final post (hopefully) about noise issues with the c84. my pre amp will pass audio, though it is noisy, but whenever you turn up the master gain it clicks, and outputs enough voltage to make my monitors rumble. any ideas why this is happening?

You likely have a large DC offset. Adjust R19 correctly and see what happens.
