Problems with U1/3 pin 4 voltages.

Hi all,

On my second C84 now. First one tests out all okay, but this second one I'm having a bit of an issue with.

U1, pin8 measures fine at -14.4V, but pin4 is giving me 10V for some reason. Same thing with pin4 on U3. I've been trying to find a short or a misaligned cap/transistor/diode but I just can't seem to find anything!

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

okay well, i think i've solved it. well, my friend solved it.

appeared to be a cold joint on D16 that was making me lose my negative rail!
