C84 + PS02

just wanted to make sure before I placed an order--is the PS02 cool to use with a C84? also, just out of curiousity, could someone illuminate for me the basic differences between the PS02 and PS03 (and PS01 for that matter)?

PS01 supplied only positive voltages, so it only worked with N72
PS02 supplied + and -
PS03 moved to a more efficient 'switching' power supply design, using a much smaller power transformer. Also, the +/- voltages were raised a bit.
