barely passing signal, distorted when cranked

My A12 was working fine for about 6 months, now when I plug in, I have to crank it to the max to hear anything, and when i do, the audio has a 'clipping'-esque distortion.

My buddy suggested I blew the op-amp, and that if it was a cold solder joint, it wouldn't pass signal at all. Does this sound right?

Go through steps 30-37 again. Do you get the proper DC voltages?
