Hey Tim,
Upon looking over my kit I noticed that the board has some differences compared to the BOM. For example R14 on board says 1K00 but BOM says 562. There are a few more that I noticed looking very quickly. Should I always go off of the BOM or the board? It seems that the schematic matches the BOM.

Go by the BOM and the schematic. The values on the board were changes after the printing was done.
The resistor numbers are correct, but the values have changed. in other words, "r1" is still where "r1" is printed, just the resistance has changed.
