Yes, I've found several, as well as the Melcor you mention. The 2520 schematics I've seen are only useful for getting a general idea of the circuit, since they're so full of mistakes. I imagine they'd be quite frustrating for a naive DIYer, but they're still interesting. More valuable is going through the exercise of fully characterising an actual 2520. Once you know what you're shooting for, it's not too hard to come up with a circuit that hits the target, even without schematics or messy reverse engineering. I've been working on such a circuit, and it should be available in less than a month.
