I made a solder bridge.. little help please.

Everything was going perfect, not a hitch. Until I got to the rotary switch, the input gain knob. With the knob facing to your right and looking at the back of the board, I made a solder bridge between the very top right pin and the one directly below it. This is the pin that connects to R14.

I'm not sure how to resolve it. How will this affect my gain if I just leave it connected?

Get some solder wick and use it to soak up the excess solder. You can find some basic instruction here: http://www.kpsec.freeuk.com/solder.htm It's much harder to make bridges if you use smaller diameter solder (.025") and a small tip (1mm or smaller conical or chisel tip)

Do you know if this affects the function or not? Looking at the PCB board, it appears these are connected anyway.... Using the DMM, the first 5 vertically from that top right corner all have 0 resistance....
