My kit was missing a resistor (1M00) for r18. I figured, instead of requesting and waiting for one sent from Seventh Circle, that I'd swing by RadioShack and pick one up. I just wanted to make sure, before I plugged it in, that this one resistor wouldn't have an effect on the operation of the thing. The spec'd resistor from digikey has different banding in pictures on their website. The one I got from RS is BrBlGreenGold and the Yageo one is BrBlBlGrayBrown. I tested the RS one it and it reads 997k. It is 1/4w.

Is this one of the optional for servo resistors? This is not clear to me.

I don't know how I got confused. I guess I looked at the board and saw the 1M00 marking. I had originally put the 100k in there and removed it when I saw the 1M00. Everything else in the specs etc. seems to corroborate the 100k in the R18 slot. It this correct?

Oh. I should have read the other posts better. I was looking at R19 all along and it's the jumper that goes there. Sweet! Done deal.
