A12 Full kit Questions

I started putting together my A12 fill kit today, and noticed some parts not included or perhaps not needed. Both C2 & C6 (220pF) were not included in the kit. Are these not needed when using the Cinemag input transformer and the SC25 OP-AMP that the full kit comes with?
C9 & R23 were not included as well. Are these not needed when using the Output transfomer that comes with the full kit as well? If they are not needed should I just leave them unpopulated?

All of the components you mention are on the board in case you're using different parts. Just leave them un-stuffed.
