U1 pins 3 & 4 = +8 V and 5 & 4 = - 14 V

I powered the a12 up and measured these voltages:

U1 pins 3 & 4 = +8 V and 5 & 4 = - 14 V

All the diodes are in the right way, as well as the capacitors, U2 and U3 are in the right spots and dont get hot, no solder bridges, The resistance of the outer pins on r-25 and r-29 is zero ohms.

Are diodes pretty sensitive? could i have burned one out or damaged them when i bent the leads?

thanks for any help!

Doh! Looks like i put the capacitor C12 in backwards! rookie mistake!

Its kind of hard to check if the polarity was right since the marking on the PCB is covered after you solder on teh capacitor. I guess you should just have to triple check things before you solder!
