In my j99 kit, i got 2 black 6k65 instead of the color coded blue-blue-green-blown-brown 6k.65.

Is it ok to use these at r37 and r38?

Yes, the black resistors are 0.1% tolerance parts.

6k65 black resistors instead of color coded?
