C2 / C11 orientation in Rev. 3.5?

One big discrepancy I'm seeing between the photo available here and the layout of the Rev. 3.5 board I've got is the relative orientation of C2 and C11. Still hacking away at a voltage problem on my kit, and I'm wondering if this might be something. I'm not terribly good at reading schematics, so thanks for your patience here, and apologies if I've turned up a whole heap of nothing.
The Rev. 3.3 schematic (the one I was sent, and the one available on the SCA site) seems to describe a mirrored orientation, and to call for both caps' negative leads to point upward. My board calls for the negative leads to face away from each other, pointing to the edges of the board. The back of the board shows that the positive lead from C2 connected to U4, with the negative lead from C11 going to D10's negative pole. The other leads of each don't seem to head anywhere.
Is this at all important/interesting/strange? Thanks much.
