Jumpers, again..

Hi,
what is the correct placement of jumpers J1 and J2 for normal (1:2.5 ratio and 1Kohm input impedance).
reading the assembly instructions I understand I should jumper across J1 and J2.
looking at the board horizontally with the pots on the left side and the I/O on the right side, should the upper pins or the lower pins be jumpered?
