Phantom power Rev 3.4

Can't seen to get phantom power to turn off. With the switch in the grounded position the base of Q7 goes to 15v or so. Phantom still floats around 47v.
Of course in this design there is no Q8. It would be great to have schematics for Rev 3.4 as well. There is the reverse biased D5 to ground
but I don't see how that would load Q7.
