No Audio Signal

I powered up the N72 and connected a Shure SM57 to the XLR input and a mixer line input to the XLR Output. I get no audio signal passing to the mixer.
I have jumpered J2 and Jumpered J5 and J6 for a 300 Ohms. Online instructions show a jumper needed for J3 and J4 for the shield grounds, however BOM does not include jumpers nor does the PCB show a J3 and J4. Online instructions also show J3 must be jumpered for phantom power.
Below are my Transistor voltage measurements. What is my next troubleshooting step?

Is the no audio issue due to the higher than normal Q5 Base and Emitter voltages ?
What is my next troubleshooting step to fix this?
