N72 stops passing any sound

I have a N72 that works for about 30 minutes, then just stops passing sound. Any ideas? Anyone have this problem before? I believe its REV 3.0

I've been trying to help my buddy with this similar problem. He can get it to to work for a brief time after he flips the phantom power switch off and on, but then it stops working again. I've measured all the transistors, and voltage points, and the only thing I can find amiss is the voltage reading at point M in the circuit is reading +29V instead +24V, which is significant. Not sure why this is happening.
