Burnt out r49 ?!

So after first time success building an n72 ,

my second one ended in a puff of failure!

I turned the unit on and all seemed fine .

Whilst going to do the standard checking r49 burnt out .

I wasn't sure why ? I may have touched j1 pin one by mistake while touching q6 (casing) or got the testers the wrong way round or something ?

Anyone have any ideas ?
